Founded by the dynamic mother-daughter team, Chef Shelly and Jataun Flash, our menu is a harmonious blend of cultures, featuring award-winning creations such as the Jerk Chicken Dinner Taco, Escovitch Fish Taco, Curry Crunch Street Corn, Jerk Cheese Nachos, and refreshing Mango Thyme Lemonade.

Our nationwide services cater to diverse occasions, from pop-ups and large festivals to concerts, corporate events & activations, catering, craft services, and private dining experiences.
